★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just purchased curtains from Wenbo through Shopee apps on 15/3/22. I received the curtains on 17/3/22. As you can see from the photos attached, all the 11 pcs of new curtains are as fragile as paper, I should say even normal paper is stronger than Wenbo curtains, I just use one hand with 2 fingers able to tear the material already. Immediately, I requested a refund through Shopee apps.
It is very unethical to sell damaged curtains to customers though Wenbo already knew it is damaged before sending out. Wenbo thought that most of the customers will not take the trouble to return the products (RM164+).
Wenbo staff purposely requested me to take photos and video on each of the curtains (11 pcs) and send it to them. (they hope with such a trouble will make me give up without requesting to return and refund). Why must I do the QC for them, it is their job to check before sending it out. After all the curtain is 8.5 feet long, I am only 5 ft tall with 42kg. I need help from someone to do all this.
I'm not only requesting for refund, I will bring this to consumer association because I saw in the review that many other customers were received the same damaged items too, but they still pay, then post negative review. I won't pay, but I was disallowed to make the review because I requested for refund. Therefore, I have to make the review here so that more people are aware of this unethical company.
I would like to advise buyers not to be too simply (cin cai) accept damaged items or unusable items that sellers send to you. Please ensure you check your received items before you put your rating/review in the online apps, this will help other buyers not to fall in the trap. This will also discipline bad sellers stop unethical way of doing business.
