★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly disappointed and anger heat up when knowing my own gf long silky hair has transformed into “staircase”(layer) style with seriously bad colour highlight skills. Bleached but colour not in at all. My gf has surveyed around some others saloon, all of them just simply looked at it already asked what happened to her hair, and shaking their head. We don’t even agree to get layer cutting however she took her own decision to simply cut more than 5inch of hair without my gf notice. The hair took more than 3 years to get that length, and now because of this bloody bad skilless staff, my gf has down her mood all day long with no possibilities to get back the long hair.
