Nasihat saya, bila ada kesalahan, minta maaf sahaja, tak merugikan company. Tak perlu berbelit-belit cari salah customer.
Tak minta ganti rugi, minta kata maaf sahaja. Selesai. Kalau bagi voucher diskaun untuk next printing pun tindakan bijak customer tak lari dan mungkin akan recommend pada orang lain.
NOTE: Saya dah edit review sebab rasa tak sampai hati sebab yang salah mungkin staff di sana (berbaik sangka owner tak tau). Baca reviews tahun2 lalu pun masalah yang sama. Semoga owner ambil tindakan perbaiki customer service.
 Wrong print, the reason the printer is broken and the staff is busy. Is that a customer problem?
My advice, if there is a mistake, just apologize, it does not harm the company. No need to go around looking for the wrong customer.
Don't ask for compensation, just apologize. Done. If for a discount voucher for next printing, the customer's wise action will not run away and will probably recommend to others.
NOTE: I've edited the review because I don't feel like it because the staff there may be wrong (well, I thought the owner didn't know). Read reviews years ago for the same problem. Hope the owner takes action to improve customer service.
