★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a last minute order via WhatsApp, the owner is very patience and nice. It was my fault that I forgotten to inform the boss when I will pick up my bouquet of rose for my wife. The owner left the shop to do an urgent delivery. He kept me informed of his whereabout and deliver my bouquet of flower to me at a meet up point near the shop. Kudos. My wife love the surprise I got for her! Keep up the good work Western Florist & Gift Centre.

Today (4/4/21), requested for condolences flower stand to be delivered next day. Gave him the budget n he just followed. Its very easy to work with him. Highly recommended ?????
