★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once you arrive for an appointment I rate them 'ok' to 'good' depending on the day. They deliver what I expect. Other places are pretty crappy, in my opinion.
This Honda service center does offer free car washes. Good! I rather expect that. Other places collect RM300 and still charge for a car wash. ?? I do not understand that!!
Want to get an appointment here? Ahhh.. That can be a bit of a problem.
They have WhatsApp. Get the contact number... given that nobody is on leave... Good stuff! You will hear back in an hour normally.
I gave up on calling them. They do not answer reliably.
Speak with the manager, Guna. He is quite good, and has treated me fairly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, friendly staff. They entertained even for minor problems. The centre had almost everything you need while waiting your car being serviced. Muslim prayer's rooms, baby changing room etc and small area for small kids to play around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended site work for troubleshoot air-conditioning, the ladies security locked surau door just because she want to sleep in there. Keep asking weird question that I feel a bit annoying, anyway it is a good place for working environment.
