★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything for your daily needs such as vegetables, chicken,fish, sundries,etc are found in this market. But the only thing you should watch out is your steps.. very wet n slippery n also not fully lighted up within the surrounding of the market n needs to be careful while u r walking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place rather often as it is near my Girlfriend grand parents house.
There’s a huge variety of shops here, just like any other wet market, and they closes quite early. That said, there are still shops that are opened past noon, especially those that are situated in the shophouses, although they mainly sell fruits and nothing much else.
Parking could be challenging in the area as it is rather packed with vendors and early shoppers. The crowd usually slows down past noon when the market gradually closes.
Tip: Do visit the shops / roadside stalls outside and around the market as some of them could be hidden gems!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice variety of fish, the prices are more competitive than supermarkets. Wet and noisy, but worth making the effort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can get all kind of foods for everyday cooking. The stalls are quite organised - vegetables, seafood, poultry and also stalls that sell other "dried" stuff like anchovies, salted fish, dried shrimp, etc. The stalls that sell pork are placed at another corner. The cleanliness are quite okay. Sunday morning is busy and congested as there is pasar pagi stalls nearby the market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too little car parks as many were used by stall owners, who used more than 1 car. Dirty n narrow pathway. Rubbish chute should be cleaned n washed daily n inspected by MBJB. Prices of steep n here the owner charged very sky high as quite a number of sgporean patronised here n local residents paid for steep prices..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's my every Saturday must go place, so I don't know what to say, it is so normal for me. This market is divided had around 4 entrances and the market can be divided into basically 8 sections, which are pork area, chicken area, seafood area, beef and mutton area, vegetables area, dried items area, frozen items area and the eggs/coconut milk area. Generally, the market items are quite reasonable and fresh.
