1. Stressful and un-harmonize working environment. Employees are force to work as an individual, not in a team work.
2. Poor communication Superior lack of communication skill with staff
3. Lack of motivation from superior
4. Bias on gen Y but still hiring them
5. Decision made is not according to the procedure but according to the mood of the day.
6. Old school thinking- Believe the employee is hard working if come in early and go back late and without OT pay.
