★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya datang ke kedai untuk install matlab software. Sebelum saya datang, saya ada call pihak kedai dan tanya untuk install matlab software tapi latest version. Pihak kedai cakap ada. Bila dah sampai kedai, saya tanya lagi, latest version matlab ada tahun berapa? Pihak kedai cakap paling latest tahun 2020. Saya pun proceed dan tinggalkan laptop untuk pihak kedai install kan software tu. Saya ambil semula keesokkan harinya sebab pihak kedai minta tinggalkan laptop sebab pihak kedai cakap makan masa lama nak install sebab gb besar. Bila sampai rumah saya nak guna software tersebut, saya kecewa sebab pihak kedai install kan yang tahun 2019. Saya tak check dulu sebelum ambil balik laptop saya ni sebab saya percaya pada pihak kedai untuk install kan the lastest version 2020 yang macam pihak kedai cakap tapi apa yang saya dapat ialah yang sebaliknya.
I came to the store to install matlab software. Before I came, I called the store and asked to install matlab software but the latest version. The store says yes. When I arrived at the store, I asked again, what year is the latest version of matlab? The store said the latest is 2020. I proceeded and left the laptop for the store to install the software. I took it back the next day because the shop asked me to leave the laptop because the shop said it would take a long time to install because the gb was big. When I got home I wanted to use the software, I was disappointed because the store installed it in 2019. I didn't check first before taking back my laptop because I believed in the store to install the latest version 2020 which the store said but what all I got was the opposite.
