★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satu pengalaman pekerjaan yang sangat buruk untuk mereka yang baru melangkah alam pekerjaan, terutama dibahagian ‘production line’ pengeluaran kilang ini.Altitude/sikap Ketua line a.k.a ‘line leader’ kilang ini sangat negatif ,‘double standard’ dengan pakej sombong lagi bongkak, terutama yang bertudung dan sedang sakit kerana ‘sarat mengandung’..suka menjatuhkan moral serta memarahi pekerja dengan biadab secara terbuka disaksikan hampir setiap hari dikawasan pengeluaran walaupun perkara kecil dan remeh serta kadangkala tidak masuk akal jauh dari skop kerja. Pengalaman ‘RETI’ yang buruk untuk mereka yang positif serta baru melangkah alam pekerjaan . Hasilnya ramai pekerja pengeluaran kilang ini yang berhenti kerja tanpa kesudahan ; menyebabkan kilang ini sentiasa memerlukan pekerja baru.Selamat mencuba!
It is a very unpleasant job experience for newcomers, especially in the production line of this factory production. Attitude / Attitude Head of this factory is a very negative, double standard with double arrogant package, especially veiled and sick of being 'pregnant' .. the morals of demeaning and scolding the workers openly are seen almost daily in the production of small and trivial and sometimes absurd things beyond the scope of work. The 'RETI' experience is bad for those who are positive and are just stepping into the realm of work. As a result, many of these factory production workers quit their jobs; cause this factory always needs new employees. Good luck!
