β β β β β My 2018 Civic right side backseat door mirror cracked and I went to this shop to change the mirror, their response is fast, price is reasonable.
Replacement mirror is original, but the outcome of the work is not that nice. They need to dismantle the door cover to remove the cracked mirror and replace the new one, when installing back the door cover, those rubber no insert properly and some part already not that fit(heard strong wind sound). I only found out about this after few days.
Went back to let them fix the issue, the boss come out to help to fix the outside part, didn't mentioned anything about last time poorly installation, just said my civic door is very low quality and easily to bend. Haven't finish fixing the door, already went to attend another customer and left me there with those bangla worker. Brainless bangla worker use the test pen to force to push the rubber back into the door frame. I asked him stop to do it but he still insist to cucuk the rubber with the test pen, end up, the rubber still outside, but my door frame already scratched. I believe they lazy to open back the door frame to just fit the rubber back, after that only find a chinese technician to do it, but still using improper way, using WD-40 to slip the rubber back in *facepalm*.
I believe they have many experience in replacing windscreen mirror, but not door mirror, in my opinion. Their service is not that good like other mentioned from my own experience. I saw many good reviews about this shop only decided to replace mirror at here.
Another issue during the installation, the technician start my car in accessories mode to test the window, he accidentally turn my high beam headlights. I found out later and turn the headlights off. But when the installation done when I need to go, I can't startup my car, battery is low. Then I tell the boss his guy accidentally turn on the High beam during installation, then he said not the headlights issue, Civic LED HEADLIGHTS VERY SAVE POWER ONE.......another *facepalm*. Mind you, my last service a month ago says that my battery life is in 98% good condition.
After that I felt that it needs longer time to startup my car, after 2 weeks my car battery totally died at petrol station and need to replaced another one. Don't know is my bad luck or what, 1 mirror broken and I need to replace 1 car battery. Just thinking it as η ΄θ΄’ζ‘ηΎ, cheers.

β β β β β I got a quote from them in the morning asking them for an original windscreen replacement, price was reasonable and it was all done in a couple of hours. The team were obviously well experienced so the workmanship so far looks great. Part used was original and does feel like how it was when I got it from the dealer.
The team and manageress were very friendly and helpful.
All in all I wouldnβt hesitate to recommend them over the official service centre where it would have taken 3 days and can only assume that it would much more expensive.

β β β β β Rude boss, waste of time, prepare to fork out additional money, and get your day ruined.
I made appointment with the boss, came on time, boss lazy entertain you, had to beg him to talk to me, boss said need to wait 2-3 hours, so I left to wait somewhere else.
Came back after 3 hours. The windscreen is still not replaced and what's left is only the broken A pillar moulding ! The workers were just chilling, I had to gather them and urge them to finish the work asap! Boss no where to be found!
The paint they use to indicate windscreen crack also dripped on my car body ??ββοΈ shows how much they "care" about their clients' car. Whole process took about 6 hours to complete, I was the last to leave.
The boss quoted RM130 for the A pillar moulding, came back to me after a few days and said it's rm350 with some weak excuses.
The tint they claimed it's 80% heat retention, but I can feel the increased heat every afternoon after a week of use. It's obviously some low quality tint, you might as well do without it and rather go get a better tint else where.
This is the WORST shop I've been to ever! Visit with caution, you have been warned.
**UPDATE: After a month, the boss approached me and told me insurance is willing to cover the damage.
