★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place. Horrible service. Dirty little shop. You can stand there for 30 minutes and people will just stare at you and walk past. No one wants to help you. Returned my car very dirty, late and damaged. Find somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good service totally out better try another workshop, and to expensive very dirty,small problem ask to change the gearbox I'm not satisfied,I'm going for small problem they damaged my innova side gear oil seal together gear shaft ask me to change one gearbox, charge to much warranty but tell to do easy work change the gearbox,we come for solve problem but they create the problem,director of Mr cheong is money minded,for my advice do not go for this workshop....thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. I fixed my car for a total of 5 times from November 2nd 2019 to January 10th 2020.
2. Usually if gearbox have problem, will be due to gearbox, Computer transmission control box, or very seldom will be wire issue, but I was charged for all three repairs for a total of RM8200.
3. I have decided to pursue this matter to TTPM to have a fair solution to this problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrbible! Returned for warranty claim. Car was there for a full month wtihout fixing the problem. They used my car for driving & transporting, several dents, running board damaged, door visor at one side missing. Took back the car with the lawyer. Now I get the gear warning light on which wasn't before. Will bring it to the manufacturer to identify the failure and start a court. That's not the way to work. Terrible customer service, zero communication on status and only excuses. Stay far away from this shop and never again. Paid in total 8000 RM for NOTHING repaired but damaged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Claim they can diagnose the gearbox for proton, price quoted was rm 2500,but when towed the car there, claimed cannot be done and ask for rm 3800 for the gearbox. Had to tow the car again elsewhere. And now, they are refusing to even refund the tow truck money. Be very careful when dealing with them.
