They have no intention to retain customers - I got defect products a few times which is normal and we can understand so I asked for an exchange with explanation. they were unwilling and insisted they donβt do exchanges even only for a few cents (the product cost a few cents!), they refuse to take responsibility for it even when itβs for returning customers. We have changed supplier since then
