★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the type of BKT I'm used to -- flavourful pot of broth, along with a combination of all the internal organs of swine and it's tender meats.
Incomparable to those "truly traditional" ones which only consists of meat and broth.
If you like a bowl of BKT with all the delicious parts of a swine, this is the place to go.
