โ โ โ โ โ walked in the store and inquired about a watch for my dad and the staff were very patient and friendly. they were honest and quite attentive in answering my noob questions. they also have a great selection of watches and the interior of the store was quite comfortable. i walked out without a purchase but the staff were still very accommodating and friendly as they thanked me. great job for the good service extended to me and i highly recommend anyone looking for luxury watches to check Wing Wah Watch out.

โ โ โ โ โ Iโve never been to a place dodgier than this. Honestly, a friend & two family members who had been there told me that they find it fishy as Wingwah only accepts cash. You got to look inside the place to understand what i meant. Btw, too late, i sent my Omega for repair, they quoted it leaked in water. So yeah, paid them 1.6K for repair & ever since, my watch broke down numerous times & the hand that shows minute & second, fell off. TWICE.
Please, if youโre reading this before considering sending your time piece(s) for repairs, please consider another option. You can thank me later.

OK. Not after a few months of use after repair, but 12 days. Numerous times. Google Numerous.

Renovation? Nice. Looks like its either going to be a while before im able to send the watch in a second time after the first repair, or, just send it to a legit repair shop. That accepts contactless transaction though. Thanks :)) p/s ; Wont be reading replies. Ta

โ โ โ โ โ I sent a email at 11:44AM asking if a watch i wanted is available (Zenith Pilot Big Date), I received a quick email back saying it was available and it looked like a good deal. When I arrived ~1 hour later, it just so happened that in the intervening hour that someone had come in and put a deposit on the exact watch I wanted. I had asked for the serial number of the watch in the email, but been advised they couldn't provide due to privacy reasons. In the shop I asked to see the watch that had the "deposit" on it, when the girl bought it out it was just in a small plastic bag, not in the proper Zenith box as described in the advertisement. I would be very careful about doing any form of business with these people, both online or in person.

โ โ โ โ โ My friend and I visited the shop to have a look on watches. The staffs there are very friendly . They got lots of luxury watches with different range which would have one suitable for you. The staff show us a few watches which in our budget and all the pre-owned watches are still in good condition. The price is very reasonable cheap so both of us get a watch for our own and we feel that is a great buy. Definitely we will come back again when we like to upgrade or get another watch.

So... an update, I noticed some scratches on my watch and I looked at it with my loupes and it seemed like the dial was scratched. Contacted Cheryl and brought the watch back. They checked everything in and out and in the end was just some scratches on the AR coating (which is very normal for a used watch). Very happy with their service, honesty and professionalism. 3rd purchase from them so far.

โ โ โ โ โ ?????Very BAD customer service by their staff. RUDE and NOT customer friendly at all. My wife and I went to the shop today to inspect a watch and to know its authenticity but the lady that welcomed me was really rude also was so judgemental as though I was not welcomed there. Also, I was not properly greeted. She straight away questioned us at the doorstep asking for our arrival. The body language and tone wasn't so pleasant.
I told her specifically that I wanted to meet a staff that I know from the shop but I was told that she is not in. Then I showed her the watch I had. She quickly without even having a good look at the watch told me it was fake. She said it several times loudly. I don't mind knowing if it is fake because that's the reason why we are there today but she could be polite to me and also most importantly she could lower her voice in telling me about the status of the watch. She was so loud until the customers that came to the shop looked one kind at me. I felt embarrassed.
Then another sales girl passed by her, the lady said something to her in mandarin. I felt bad as they spoke something in a language that I don't know. Then again she said fake several times and was so pushy asking "anything else" repeatedly and guess what all this happened just in front of the entrance door. As an existing customer of that shop, I really felt so disappointed with the treatment that I got today.
My plan for today was to check the watch I had and to buy a watch for my wife as a present. But it was all ruined because of her treatment and service. I then quickly left the place with my wife.
Please do not let the lady handle front door work anymore. ????????
