Arrive at the office and queued 45 minutes.
Queuing is only to take number and give personal details.
Now wait 1 hour to be called to enter the office.
Once enter the office, 5 minutes to collect the autopass.
So basically, wait for 1h 45 minutes for a 5 minute thing.
Makes no sense at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The process is so inefficient and the services is not professional at all. Only 2-3 staff handling super long queue, and the staff are like playing and joking around, while everyone queueing outside under the big hot sun.
PLEASE IMPROVE THE SERVICE, even though memang can't expect much from the government related services. And I just don't understand why need to collect it physically and no courier services, perhaps due to security reason? But please la, improve and speed up laaaa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit better than before now, went there to collect my autopass, took about 1 hr 40 mins.. my advice if your email is stated to collect card aft 5 working days from the email date,your card will arrive after 7-10 days only.. so no use if you go there to get your card earlier.. thanks ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the place appointed by Singapore's LTA to collect your VEP autopass. The queue is always long and there is only 1 counter opened to collect your number and then you have to wait and wait for your number to called to enter and wait again inside to collect your autopass. It is really an ordeal and exasperating. The location and system is very bad and poorly managed?. It is a torture for the elderly and physically challenged. #LTA

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at 8:08pm and collected my autopass card around 9pm. It's acceptable since I have read so much negative reviews on Google which some people waited for almost half to a day.
After queuing outside to get a number, I waited outside for being called the number to go inside the office, and waited again. Collected the autopass card at the counter just 3-5 minutes.....I didn't bring any physical documents, just showed my IC and email on phone. Luckily all the process were smooth. The attitude of staff was ok. Not very friendly but also not rude. There's an Indian girl always asked people who are able to wait inside the office find a seat.
