★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building of offices of Lawyer, Doctors etc. Our family Doctor just to be there until she moved to another place, was bad they don't have railing in main entrance, senior citizen can't used the steps, was difficult for my father to go up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strategic place to work. Nearby we have Burger King, McDonald, various mamak shop, we even have Coffee Bean at opposite block and Gloria Jeans booth at our main door. Walk down the alley for 2-3 minutes, we have another beverage booth called Chatime. Definitely a lovely place to work!

Kwong Hing started its humble beginnings as a textile trading company from a two room office where it expanded its operations and became one of the market leaders in textile business in the South East Asia throughout the 1970s. In the 1980s, Kwong Hing ventured into property investment and development and became a major player in the industry.
Since then, Kwong Hing extended their business beyond Malaysia by making a strong impression in China’s extremely competitive property market through numerous development projects.
The KWONG HING GROUP has contributed in some measure to Malaysia’s aspiration to become a fully industrialized nation by 2020. In 2008, the Group celebrated 50 years of its glorious legacy of growth with the nation. Looking back, we can take pride that we have left our mark in Malaysian history.
Today, the mark of the Kwong Hing is seen in several shopping centers along Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman and Jalan Petaling.
