β β β β β I used to work twice in this building, both times when it was still called Wisma Perdana. The first time was in the mid-80s with PTM Thompson, a subsidiary of J Walter Thompson, and later in 1998-99 with KPMG. It was probably built in the mid 1970s and there was nothing special about it worth recalling. Food for lunch was alwAys a problem and I see now it still is, with food trucks fulfilling the needs of the lunchtime crowd of office workers. HELP University was originally called the Higher Education Learning Program or HELP for short. Over the years it became HELP University College and now HELP University. Its original campus was at Pusat Bandar Damansara, an organic structure following the contours of the hill designed by award-winning architect Ken Yeang. It has since been demolished to make way for Pavilion Damansara, which, at the time of writing in Oct 2018 hasnβt even finished earthworks.

β β β β β I am giving it 1 rating due to the low standard of it's education. Though it's near to all the good shops and MRT station but unfortunately it's psychology department is worst.
The main office is always closed and faculty and chairman of this department is abusive, manipulative and rascist.
All those thinking of joining Help for psychology program please steer clear of it specially international and Muslim students. As this department is psychotic itself.
There are good unis offering very good Masters in Counseling and Psychology, please apply anywhere for psychology if you want to stay sane and don't want to lose your sanity and money.
Hope this can save many students from Help Wisma.

β β β β β One of the more innovative colleges in Malaysia in terms of course offerings. Parking rate for this building can be ridiculous at RM5/hour. Do ask for parking ticket validation for flat rate if you come here regularly.

β β β β β Wisma HELP is easily accessible to everyone . The parking space is plentiful here, although you have to pay here. The parking rates are quite expensive, since this is near to the province of KL. HELP University lectures are also held here. Nice facilities, with water fountain at each floor.

β β β β β Dept of law, psychology, education and English can be found here. The entrance is a one way road branching off from the main road if you are coming from damansara. Helpful staff from the department of students affair to give you some idea of the courses ordered. Plenty of food selection weekdays during lunch time, by the road side.

β β β β β - Good: Everyone is friendly; help desk staff is kind; have the big library, ping-pong table, game with music room for students; the study room quality is also good; restroom is clean and parking lot is very big.
- Bad: Air-con quality is the big problem - it's can't manual control, must have the staff come with the remote to control it; price in the canteen is very expensive and must go inside the school to pay money for car park.
