★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A frequent visitor as a child between 1985-1995, this place is absolutely part of my childhood hang out place. I remember going to MCA for annual book exhibition, where me and my brother would spend hours roaming in there finding books, trying out stationary, going up and down on the escalator (repeatedly), LOL. If I remember correctly there’s also some Chinese steamed bun sold in the evening. I am so glad to see all the reviews and experiences shared here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Within walking distance from Suria KLCC. Located behind The Zon Hotels & Residences. I was there for a concert (HYDE Kuromisa Acoustic Tour) in its main hall called Dewan San Choon. I was on the balcony seat 1st Row to the side. I was happy with the sound system. I could hear each instrument and the singer's voice clearly. I don't know whether it was because of the Hall's sound system or the artist himself who had top notch gears with him. The only thing I disliked being on my seat was the TWO steel wires going all across the front part of the balcony. Ruining my view of the stage. Other than that, to anyone with less than perfect vision, better bring binoculars if you buy the balcony seat ticket. There were no giant screens like usually provided at concerts for people at the back. Why oh why?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped someone off to get a covid vaccine. I waited in the car at the open air car park in front of the building. The car park was empty. The guard chased me away. Apparently only VIPs are allowed to wait at the open air car park in front of the building. So hierarchical and old school, reflective of the management's mindset.

There’s a print shop below if you miss something for your visa that goes for lunch at 1pm. They charge RM1/page for a email print.
The guard in the lift was friendly and helpful with information.
There’s a hand sanitizer in the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First-time been here to attend MCA Chinese New Year. Quite an old building, might be the whole building owned by MCA.
Easy to access by staircase to 1st floor to the hall event and quite a big meeting hall.
There is an E News store on the ground floor in the front building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My visit here is to attend conference who held their function here.
Beautiful and big hall for the event. Quality of display system and PA system is good and many parking at basement for visitors and the parking fee is reasonable at RM6/entrance. However it is trouble to validate the ticket at basement 1 before going back to machine located inside the building to make payment. It should simply the process and direct validate it at event floor, Example level 2!
It has limited F&B outlet for us especially we have to take care lunch for ourselves. :(
I like the corner they display some historical items and historical stories about how MCA was build and grow.
Overall this is convenient place for visitors to attend event here as it's strategic location and nearby there are MRT station for those taking the train.
