★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guards at the wisma negeri was super incompetent, know nothing about the building. They don’t even know there are KWAP in the building itself. All they do in the guard house was playing phone. Really rude telling us that we should know which place and what floor whatsoever. What’s the point of having officers there if they know nothing about the place? The higher ups should really pay more attention to these people who are not able to help the patrons. I was super disappointed with the treatment that we got. And this should not be happening to other people too. Especially the elders.
