★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Among many service provided here, Malaysian and foreign seafarers come here for their sign on sign off vessels procedure. Be patient with the waiting time sometimes as the queue can be long at times. Good friendly officers man the counter, be sure to thank them before you leave.
