★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reviewing only the food court located at the lower ground of this building, sells a wide variety of food from Malay, Chinese, Indian, Western & Japanese types of foods. Japanese food there is by far the worst. The rest is pretty average and relatively cheaper. The poor ventilation down there is also quite suffocating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strategic location and has amenities, Stationery shop, food court, starbucks and food trucks. Plus near the MRT. I would give it 5* if the parking wasn't extremely expensive (>RM35/day)
