Theres a new petron built in front of the building. Looks tight next to the building. But everything is fine here. A leasehold office building. Some top corporation established branches here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitors park for RM 3.00 first hour. Interestingly the upper floors car parks are well occupied. This building goes up to the 24th floor. The lifts work well but I find the floors very sanitary and definitely unfriendly.
