They issue tickets and once you request a refund they will go out of their way to scam you and employ tactics to avoid refunding you even going as far as telling as blaming the AIRLINES.....my advice is to STAY AWAY!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAM AGENCY!!!! this agency has no customer service especially after they have collected money from customers......The airlines refers you back to them for refunds and they will avoid your calls, reject your calls, avoid you at the office and blame the airline, that is their whole business model.
