I bought roof tiles here. Their driver use lift crane to unload, which breaks a lot of the ceramic roof tiles. The driver counted the broken pcs and promised to replace back, which he didn’t.
After couple of weeks I call the office and they say a different story from the driver. This is when everything changes. Their attitude becomes very bad. Treat me like I’m a thief. Ask me to show proof, and to return the broken tiles back to them. I ask them to check with the driver but they answer back that they do not know who and cannot find out the quantity. After much complain and withstanding their bad attitude, they offer to replace a few pcs.
So, if you buy from them, make sure you check their deliveries, snap photo and videos, and ask for replacement immediately. The after sales service level is terrible.

Did a cash before delivery transaction with them and when it came to delivery, the female staff can actually mention that she does not know about the item. Poor product knowledge, low coordination skills and not customer friendly. The male staffs are total opposite here. Anyone planning to here, please insist on working with the male front counter staffs
