★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please, do NOT go to this establishment. I will explain why. Today I went to Woman Z World to have my eyebrows threaded. While there, two of my friends were convinced by an employee to have their eyebrows waxed. After looking through the pricing book, they settled on the normal waxing service for RM15.00. When their work was complete, the saleswoman demanded RM45. She stated that she had used hard wax instead of normal wax and that my friends had to pay for her misleading mistake. When we attempted to discuss with the owner, Nanjit Singh, he proceeded to yell over the phone that, since we were Americans, we could afford the higher price. He never acknowledged that we were not in dispute of the overall cost but at the misleading behavior of his staff. Mr. Singh went on to say “these prices are cheaper than in the U.S., what seems to be the problem?”. I was astonished at the attitude and underhanded culture of this establishment. I left feeling lied to, violated and targeted for my nationality. I strongly urge anyone, regardless of his or her nationality, to stay away from any place that promotes such dishonest practices. Mr. Singh let me know that he owns several other stores also called Woman Z World and that he fully supports the actions of all of his employees that mislead customers in this way. A direct quote “this is how we make our money, as a business owner (referring to me), you should understand that”. I don’t Mr. Singh, and I never will. Please do not support this business. To support is to approve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to give zero star rating actually. My case was exact the same as one the cases below. Pricelist says 15 rm and I was charged 45 rm. they claimed that they used better wax for me. Don’t go to this place. Many bad reviews on expat page (I only found out too late).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fav go to place for threading! I am one of their regular customer and I often come once a month for eyebrows and upper lip threading. Both combo costs me rm10 only. Price has remain the same since 2017. Work is done neatly. She has several workers, all done great job but i preferred the owner because she can do the threading in less than 3 mins. Satisfied and returned customer. <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive been visiting this shop for threading since the start operating. Over the years.. Their service is gettingg poorer. The old girl who used to do threading is much better compared to the new girl. The workmanship is not neat and clean at all. She even thread my eyebrow & became thinner. Recently. The price imcreased from rm10 to 15. With that service.. Even though it is atill cheap.. But i prefer better workmanship though. Dont cincai do threading.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They act have closed this outlet and the only outlet is in 1 mont kiara kuala lumpur. As for me its very near and more easy for me. Due to covid all the precaution’s are taken by them like sanitizing, wearing masks and hand gloves. And very nice and friendly staffs.
