★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kudos to both the ladies who maintain the wild farm. The one-day visit was an eye-opening experience to the wonder of nature: organic fertiliser made of cow/goat dung, roselle in fact tastes sour NOT sweet, water retainer and several more.
There are even organic merchandises hand made by them like cough balm, coconut virgin oil - treatment for both hair and skin, long-lasting natural body scrub loofah sponge. Homemakers who prefer organic veggies and fruit can always drop by for green shopping. You can find them selling organic vegetables on the first Sunday of every month at the multipurpose hall further down from the farm. Alternately, you can buy from them at Straits Quay's Organic Farmer Market every third Sunday of the month.
My opinion, the farm makes a good nature experience for children who are glued to gadgets. The only advice is: bring mosquito repellent + wear long pants + hat.
