★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously not recommended as we have bad experienced here:
1) Monthly fee only fr basic things. They are too many hidden charges. Other nursery the monthly fee is ALL in without add charges
2) Not exclusive- Im not sure why they claim as EXCLUSIVE N ELITE, maybe because this resident is a bungalow unit BUT whats the point coz there is NO DOCTOR there. N they still will refer to the nearest gov hospital.
3) Few of their staff is quite rude, n always miscommunication between them
4) Pls check yr invoice as i noticed they wrongly charge us fr the wound set of diabetic patient as we have our own record which their operation staff ask us to buy from pharmacy. I highlighted to them, n they promised to check but still not respond until now
5) They haven't return my deposit until now which more than 1 mth. I checked with their staff n they said because having financil problem. But i knew they opened new branch. Pls think twice before send yr parents to this place.
