Hello, I think you need to figure out the situation. My LEAVE disappeared in the WORK SMARTLY system for no reason. It is a problem with your system! It's not my company's HR problem! The fact that my LEAVE disappears for no reason has been going on for a long time, and my colleagues and I need to keep CREATE TICKET really troubled us! Have you really thought about improving your system? Please don't just think about how to shirk responsibility!

Their new system is really good, they also have good customer service. If you're looking for a great HR Software company, I would definitely recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From what I experience with the system, I found it more direct and easy to use. I like their UI & UX like seriously, it's fresh and everything is clear especially when they launched the new interface and system workflow.
Compare with my previous experience with other system.. definitely WorkSmartly's system helped a lot. Everything is automated. Previously, I found it hard to find a solution quickly if i faced some issue or bug inside the system.. For WorkSmartly, I may just refer to the guide video quickly or create ticket inside the system..
Overall nice one WorkSmartly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The system is not helpful. In fact creating more additional works for HR professional. Feeling going backwards not a futurelistic HR tools. Never ever subscribe to their system, the system is not mature, an empty shell. The system structure is too weak, unable to implement advanced HR processes. When you told them, they’ll give tones of reasons and end up getting you to pay a lot for the customization. Despite getting you to pay, they’ll still giving reasons and many limitations. Their developers are weak and lack of experience and knowledge in HR tools, they will adding more additional tasks for your HR. You’ll see this in the final product that they built, due to their weak system structure. Hopefully the vendor’s Management is listening to the customers’ voices.
