β β β β β Went for first service 1000km last Wednesday...good customer service. And fast work. And the most I liked was...After few days,they called and ask whether there is any problem to the car after service. Thumbs up!!!!

Pay everything next service again they will have there list ready.
They are rude here and they charge too much.
Know your car before going here.

β β β β β Clean and air conditioned waiting area. The workers are friendly and professional. Charges are shown upfront. And you can choose what services you want. Appointments can be made by phone call or app. They will call you once your vehicle is ready. But remember to give them your updated phone number.

β β β β β Unhappy experience. Made an appointment to do my first 1,000km service. I realized some problems with my new car and told front desk personnel, but i was being stopped and told can tell the problem to technician after the regular service done. Then, after regular service done but the laptop is not in shop and dragged for some time to reset for my car digital mileage setting.#BAD1
Lastly, thought the setting was done and ready to tell technician what is happening with my car. I was on the ride with technician and told him problems, but he replied "Then how? Since not happening so frequent and not sure the problem, you arrange another appointment when you hear that voice again.". I was like WTH, not even saying will check on the problem. #BAD2
Technician told me today will be busy cuz there are plenty of vehicles arranged for service, but I checked with front desk personnel that there's no more appointment after lunch. #BAD3
In the end, I told the front desk personnel I made appointment today to do regular service and expecting at least today can settle my issue, but the technician told me to make another appointment for problems. Then what for I'm making appointment? What the technician and front desk work is not aligned as well. #BAD4
Very big space to improve. My first experience to visit this workshop in Sri Petaling because near to my house. If I were know this happen, I would rather go for other 4S Proton centre.
Lastly, I am not happy with service and attitude from technician. But I would like to thank front desk personnel, named Christy/Christine provided better assistance throughout.

Friendly assistance, about my car problems.
Only downside is, the extra, they don't refund to customer..but overall, just satisfactory service for me.??

β β β β β This Proton service centre located at busy shop lot row , limited of parking lots. Customer waiting room and reception/office are upstair. The place is not suitable for a service centre workshop, I believe.
