The staff: very passionate, friendly, young and energetic.
The office: The organisation occupied a number of offices on the the 5th floor. Collection of participation kits are at office on 5th floor, lobby B is the nearest.
The location: Difficult to get there, no public transport, no parking. Better Grab there.

The caller was Ilyas Izzuddin Ariffin, he did a great job explaining everything, great customer service etiquette, gave insightful information to advocate for the current situation of the underprivileged children with statistics and all, it was good explanation from beginning to the end in positive tone and he addressed my questions sufficiently. Unfortunately I had to declined as I was hesitant to do any transaction over the phone even if its through a safe typing out of my credit card information. Also I was looking for donations where I can get tax exemptions. Even so he still remained positive manners. Felt he deserve a good note here at least for his commendable effort as this is a very challenging job of many rejections I believe. Thanks Ilyas.
