There is a sales rep name kelvin tiow, I attached his name card, really good in promoting car. Was thinking wanna buy a car and he is entertain us, when we ask for negotiation, the price is hard, only agree to bear the fee for car plate which is rm350, can’t minus the price. Fine since we really like the car and this fellow guarantee that this car no accident no flood, full service record, we trusted him, then he asked us to put rm20k deposit initially ( which is almost 20% of the car price , obviously this is against the law) we disagree, we only agree to put rm500 then he nego saying rm1k so we agreed but we said we need to confirm with him on Sunday. The next day(Sat) he done the car plate( really fast service) without initial advise( since we are still considering and only will answer him on Sunday). And we actually called Toyota service center and find out that this car has missed one major service and one minor service, as advise by this fellow kelvin, this car with full service record if we don’t satisfied we can ask for refund. So after we checked we definitely not satisfied , so we wanna cancel the car, and this fellow is so pushy, we lazy to argue anymore so we accept that we need to bear the car plate rm350 and the balance return back to us, then he start his dragging power, one day, 2 day , 3 days etc etc.. every time ask him he said okok, finally I can’t stand it I called his boss, mr chia, who is really a understanding person, I said we wanna cancel the car and we ask did this kelvin told him about it, he said he doesn’t aware anything, apparently this Kelvin tiow didn’t inform him anything that is why we can’t get our deposit back after at least one week wait.. the mr chia return back to us the balance on the next day! Trust me avoid this KELVIN TIOW KC, man full with honey when u wanna buy, when u wanna cancel the order full with excuses! Avoid at all means. Btw, he is working at both wow auto and Toyota center in muar..
