Buy 4 kt pixels here. But pixel 4 has a problem. Shop for new exchange but have to wait for new stock. And it's easy to get in touch with the store staff

Background: on spot visit to check device quality. I ordered a pixel which is out of stock, and the vendor informed to collect the device 2 days later.
Status:
Informed on spot that the condition of the phone is not good, I can consider refund or wait till another week:
1) 2 days commitment failed w/o active comms
2) waste time to travel to the shop with no result but passive response
