โ โ โ โ โ Wpest Control came to my house (which is only 2km away from their office) in September to install termite boxes and then they told me that they will come again in 2-months time to service. November had passed and I have called them 3 times to get them to come, which then they said they will come in December. But until today there is no news from them at all. There is bad service after sales or installation.

โ โ โ โ โ Non effective termite control by this company.
On first visit they promised follow up visit every 2 months but this was not happening, even though full fee was already paid.
Termite grew more but they only despatch the junior technician come to spray pesticides, after many calls from me.
They charged the fee upfront but did not deliver the contractual obligations.
