★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most outstanding aspect about this vendor is the after sale support. Easily reachable, easily to communicate. And they always strive to provide the best support and assistance to the client.
As for the products, there are some shortcomings in the beginning, but after several updates and upgrades, those shortcomings were immediately resolved. The UI of the software is okay, supposedly even a non-IT person can easily get a hang of using it. For standard transactional attendance and leave management, this software is good enough.
