★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sure loved the atmosphere and activities. A lot of things going on. You got cafes, futsal court, badminton court, golf range, atv, car booth sales, etc. Surau and toilet also available here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price has increased from RM 70 to RM 90 this year for futsal but its the only turf court here in Seremban, so it's worth paying. The only problem now is they have a new rule where you gotta pay online and that too need to book a day before, and they don't accept cash which is silly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We decided to try out and play badminton here. Price per hour is reasonable. RM20/hour. But do take note the place is super crowded. Most of the court is fully taken. We had to show our best effort in playing badminton so we dont look so amateur. Haha
Outside court got makan makan place and pasar malam on weekend. So u can lepak lepak after play badminton. Burn calories, gain calories back??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well thought Xtreme Park. Great for motocross and/or ATV rides. Not too extreme but not too boring either. Nearby facilities, HUGE clubhouse, and a petrol station are also excellent. Hopefully, it will be maintained all the time, and not let it "rot" due to poor upkeep and bad management, as the fate of most other parks in Malaysia.
