C	CM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family if six stayed here 3D2N in early Feb 2022. Easy booking. Promot whatsapp response fr booking staff Ms Elaine. ? Staff friendly. Room clean. Breakfast ok. Close to Tmn Negara and other activities Transport provided from resort to river jetty. Good value for money.
J	Jason Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took package (Room, meal and tour) during CNY. - Resort itself is old and poor maintenance. Might be due to MCO, cleanliness need to improve. - The package written with facilities such as Mahjong, table tennis, etc but when we reach there told us all closed. Might be due to CNY but if close shouldn’t tell at first place. - Price for package is cheap. RM418 for daily breakfast, 1 lunch and 2 dinners. The food is acceptable with that price. Tour is good and fun. - Friendly receptionist and staffs. Very welcoming. - Restaurant area should be strict during this pandemic. Some in house guest did not wear mask when take food. Should force them to wear it. Overall the resort need some major upgrade or at least do some proper cleaning. Attentive and responsive staffs. Good food, good tour, good price! An average choice if you wish to visit Taman Negara!

T	Teo Yoke Bee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there on 19-21/5/22. 11 pax Very good experience ...good hospitality n service. Resort is just 3 minutes drive ( provided ) to the TN jetty . Convenient n the resort price is very reasonable . The staff are friendly n helpful The food are delicious esp nasi lemak sambal , curry chicken n fried noodle . The boss, Mr Darren was very helpful n friendly indeed. He gave us short tour to the jetty & complimentary Patin Tempoyak n Patin Biji Getah ..the special n famous food of Temerloh n Jerantut. He said its a must dish to try . It was my special day too on 20th .. he gave extra service to buy the birthday cake fr town ( its 1 hour drive) when my daughter asked him where she can buy the cake . Good itinerary arranged for us. Rooms.. just average n basic.. can't expect much as we are in the " jungle "

J	Jamilul Jamal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel not ready for school holiday season. Obviously shortage of manpower, expected after 2 years of Covid19. Room cleanliness need to improve a lot. No TV, OK if you alone with friends but not if with family + kids.
S	Sherney Leong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took a 3D2N package which included 4WD transfer to jetty on each trip to Taman Negara National Park, meals, rapid shooting and tour guide fee. Although the resort is a bit run down, however, the room stay was comfortable with water heater and air cond were functioning well. If you are driving own car, there are plenty of parking too. The location is just right without noise and near to the jetty. The package also included buffet breakfast, lunch & dinner set which taste not bad, just need to improve on the vegetable & fruit's freshness. There's small canopy walk within the resort, unfortunately mini mart is not operate but you can get can drinks & ice cream from a corner nearby reception area with touch & go e-wallet payment method.
