★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They can surely improve on their customer service, though. Very poor PR skills and was very rude. The staff at the florist shop was really helpful but the staff in charge of the Xin Wholesale (which was right next door) was rude and kept cutting in conversations and enquiry. Definitely not looking forward to going there again.

For the first time I was panic to give surprise for my office colleague and I want the delivery done by same day! I had chance to go thru Xin Florist page, I can order within my budget and even I can customized as well. They order on time as their mentioned. And my friend loved it much !!! Thank you so much and will persist .

The bouquet was quite pricey, but the their service and bonquet quality are very satisfactory. The pictures say a lot about the quality of the flowers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time ordering a bouquet in Msia from SG. Prompt service and very responsive via whatsapp. Ordered online and experienced a problem in payment. Sent a note for help through whats app and they responded early in the morning. They even sent a pic of the bouquet when done. Bouquet was delivered by 2pm. Thank you Xin Florist!
