I strongly suggest that nobody buys motorbike or service from this shop.
From my first hand experience, I purchased the bike 2016. Silly me did not check the tires. They gave a 2013 model tires. Met in accident in 2017 as someone hit me, this shop fella do not want to work on my bike since they cannot claim first party (1st party claim makes more money for the shop) and even cussed me with vulgar words.
2018, I met in another accident as I did not change my front tire (2013 tire model) and ended up skidded at a corner. The damage was not that bad but they said they need to change the fuel tank. When I collected my bike, after signing the letter of consent I realized that my fuel was blinking. I fuel up and it was still blinking. When I went to the shop, they checked and found a piece from the fuel pump which is broken and to change that I need to pay Rm2,500. Apparently, it broke from the accident.
This month I bought a fuel level indicator from Europe on eBay for RM500 and went to the shop asking them if they could change it, the foreman said can but the salesperson said no in a sarcastic way saying that they don't know how. Obviously no because they could not make money from this.
Annoyed as hell, I went back home, jumped on Youtube and found a way to change the fuel level indicator. This is when I realized that the fuel level indicator was not broken from the accident but it broke when these mechanic clowns wanted to move the fuel pump from old tank to the new tank. They smartly put the blame on the accident to cover their mess. The best part, guess what, the main boss was lying straight to my face since the beginning. This a gangster and conman shop.
THE WORST BIKE SHOP EVER!!! BE CAREFUL!!!

Bought a brand new bike cash and right after cash paid without any discount, all the sudden no staff attended and left me alone clueless about the bike i bought. Need to ask like idiot when and where, and when the bike arrived, no staff to explain anything about warranty, services etc. Again, me as customer was left alone. The staff gave the key, and left.
Then, for first service (1000km), another nightmare.
Came early after the shop opened around 0930, no staff at workshop. Need to asked other staff and they said you need to wait and wait. Then, when asked to used the engine oil grade as in manual, the staff said its ok to use other engine oil that they have which was obviously not same as recommended in manual. When i asked what happen if any damage that might occur in future due to using their (in stock) engine oil grade (which is clearly not recommended in manual)? The staff said pay your own for broken engine. Then i showed that staff the manual, and show the page in manual which clearly mention not to use the engine oil grade that this shop have in stock. Finally they admit that they cant perform the first service of my bike which is contra from what they said the day i took the bike from shop.
- Do they really know how to appreciate their customer? NO
- Do i recommend future buyers (customers) to buy bikes from this shop? NOPE.
- Do i recommend future customers to service in this shop? NEVER
