really love their service and welcome and chat.
I will miss ah Ah Foo mid valley and Meng Wai empire for their good service as now entering huge mall is challenging haha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered two figurines 11 days ago via their online shop, and the email mentioned that my order would be confirmed asap via a follow up email.
11 days later, still no follow up.
Went to a branch store to be told I can only deal with HQ for online orders, called HQ over 2 days without anyone picking up the phone.
Is this shop even interested in doing business?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is getting worst... On-line order service have been progressed from many years back. Now XL-Shop is no longer the only one who can provide online order for all the big hobby brand out there - HotToys, ThreeZero, etc. Yet they still view themselves as the sole supplier in Malaysia market.... Pre-order required full payment (this is still ok) but then while other suppliers have received their shipment for months, XL shop still in the blur and do not chase for their pre-order shipment. They are just waiting for pre-order customer call them up to ask for shipment, then only they realize that they might the last one who yet to receive the products. But they didnt send out any email to any of the pre-order customers to notify the delay. This kind of business mentality is totally out of date... Also while other shops already provide special discount for the pre-order items, XL-shop still view them as premium.... Really good luck to them as Shopee, Lazada even Taobao can order all these so call collectable figure.... what is the benefit of still order from XL-Shop where their service is totally out of date in 2021?!!!

I have been ordering a few Hot Toys figures from them, but still don't want to serve me and treat me like a stranger, keep ignoring me! Their price is not the cheapest in the market but can say higher than other sellers!
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
