Meanwhile, also provided some insight informations regarding water accident of phone, fairly useful tips. Staff was Friendly, transparent, helpful and professional, thank you so much brother

โ โ โ โ โ then I add on another RM20 for the screen protector.
The screen protector appear bubble on the day i collect back the phone return and they put another screen protector also can only last for 2days (look at the photo attached), and the explanation from the staff was their other customer do not have this problem and refuse to take responsible on it.
The LCD screen they changed the claim was original but while I use it under the sun the screen was dark until I can't see anything even I have adjusted the brightness to max (previously definitely have no this issue), so while i ask for refund they only willing to refund for RM250, RM30 charged as service charge.
So conclusion is I paid RM50 for NO service and it wasted my times for travel back to their shop for few times.
 My Oppo A53 having LCD screen issue and they said need to change the new LCD screen for RM280
