Very poor service.
I send my phone to the shop to flash new firmware.then they said once finish they will call back..... i waited for 1 week ...they didnt call back....!when i call back they said they cannot fix it.
Why dont they call earlier n tell me.... ..they waited for me to call and ask....waste of time

โ โ โ โ โ The technician was so irresponsible. I dropped off my phone to the shop and was given the time period of roughly 45 minutes to done with the exchange of my iphone's battery.
I filled up all my details and left my phone number with them just in case anything came up and the technician did promise to call me if there's any problem and i said i will come back to collect my phone at 6pm.
I went to collect my phone at 6.30pm and found out nothing has been done for my phone and the technician says cant fix my phone. I did not receive any phone call or anything and when asked, i was given the reply of " tadi busy sikit".
How's that the way of doing business..
Dont call yourself experts if you cant even do a simple thing of informing your customer about the issue of their phone.

โ โ โ โ โ Waking distance from Sunway Carnival Mall and I went there to change and fix my IPhone 6 swollen battery and speaker issue. Honest shop because they donโt charge extra for minor issue with simple fix and also cheaper Battery price with three months warranty. Thanks and I am sure I will come back again!
