SPA was done by them appointed by developer.
When asked, they told me that only 3 law firms are capable for doing loan agreement. That was enough to raise red flags.

As we don't have any extension number we need to talk to operator to transfer call.
No one picking up calls.

β β β β β Lousy and shady service from this law firm. They are appointed by Exsim for D'vervain project and my brother just bought a unit there so had no choice but to use their service for S&P agreement. This is my brother first home so he would not be familiar with the S&P signing procedure, this law firm required my brother to sign a so-called 'pre-sign' non-complete S&P agreement, without sharing a copy of this 'pre-sign' agreement with him. Asked why we need this 'pre-sign' he said because this agreement still missing some government documents and will be ready by next month, and when its ready by next month this 'pre-sign' will take effect without us reviewing and siging the final S&P. Without giving us a copy of this 'pre-sign' how would we know if they have amend any terms in the final S&P? I can't accept that this law firm take S&P agreement so lightly, for an agreement that will bind for 99 years! Is this not shady??

β β β β β SUPER WORST service!
Firstly, they arrange deliver my documents without notify me. It caused my documents was fail to deliver to "someone else" that I don't really know, they suspect its my end problem. ITS MY COPY OF S&P! ok fine!
Secondly, They said will resend me a ORIGINAL COPY of my S&P to my showroom & I will be collecting my documents there so that I no need to travel to their OFFICE to collect it. BUT, they changing their mind by requested me collect my S&P myself from their OFFICE, the excuse is "THEY DON'T WANT TO TAKE RISK BY USING DELIVERY SERVICE & IF I INSIST WANT TO DO THAT, THEY WILL NOT TAKING ANY RESPONSIBLE ON LOST ITEMS". Is that a superb service you suppose to provide to your customer?!
Lastly, the way they talk is KINDA RUDE & WITHOUT GIVING ANY SOLUTIONS ON THIS ISSUE!

β β β β β I am experiencing a very slow MOT procedure. Document provided in Jan 2021, full payment made feb 2021, until now Nov 2021, POC and POT both are not completed. It claims developer, bank and land office are slow due to mco, etc. Is this a valid complain that the malaysian bar council would entertain or we should never pay first?
