(my wife called this morning to check for price and slot for my two kids, but were attended by impatient and unhelpful receptionist. Thanks for calling, but we were at the neighboring dentist clinic that time. Were attended by friendly receptionist and got our next schedule booked. Thanks and bye.)

It is unfortunate that you would make such comments without understanding what transpired. Firstly, your oral hygiene was very poor and as such it was impossible to find the carious lesions without first having your teeth cleaned (which you have not done for a long time).
You were fortunate that we were able to detect the carious lesions without having to resort to Xrays. So yes, we did check properly.
Secondly, our prices have always been reasonable and considering the difficulty involved and the fantastic work we did, your comments are unjustified. You would be hard pressed to find an equally good dentist.
We suspect you may have ulterior motives for making such comments. Please enlighten us.

โ โ โ โ โ Good friendly and skilled doctor, very punctual with her timing and skilfully did my scaling within my appointment time slot. 5star.
The price is reasonable too. Make sure you bring cash and small change too as they dont take credit card.
Receptionist kinda need some hospitality training. Better employ young and energetic one for better first impression to customers.

โ โ โ โ โ Today I go and make filling for 2 teeth. Before I do I have confirmed with the staff the price for filling 1 tooth is 150-200. Then go inside dr said 1 tooth is 200 and I am okay with that. After the treatment finished, I reconfirm with DR another round as I always being scam by the dentist, yet she still says 1 tooth is RM200. But the Price change when I about to pay at the counter, The staff told me that Dr miscalculated, the actual price is RM600 meaning 1 teeth is RM300.
I so disappointed and feel cheated by all the 3 staff n DR there. I request to talk to the dr but they refused by saying that dr have other patients to attend. This is a really bad experience for me.
They also didn't put any price reference at the counter. I hope no other people will face the experience as me.

โ โ โ โ โ Usually book Dr Darren but he seems to be very busy so was assigned Dr Tiew instead.
Pretty good service and gentle with great explanations. Did scaling as well with her but she seems to miss some parts from my feeling. She is more than happy to cover the part over again after asking. So no fuss on that.
Overall a good service and donโt forget to make an appointment before going as they can get quite busy and long wait.

โ โ โ โ โ Have been seeing Dr Yap for several years, who also treated my family members. Each time was such a breeze, very honest, patient, and transparent. I mentioned my fear of pain and he was highly understanding, unlike other places that just expect you to brush it off or man up without explaining the extent of the procedures.

โ โ โ โ โ Service tip top from Dr.Marissa. We made an appointment in the morning the same day. Very clean clinic and friendly Malay staffs. Dr.Marissa explained to use one by one with full of passion. We love to come over here again. Really-really specialist and professional.
The only things is that, unfortunately they dont accept Debit cards but Credit cards only. I would never carry much cash in my wallet. So going out and finding a cash machine wouldnt be a good idea. Hope this gets fixed.
