I having bad experience till I saw some1 having the same bad comment 3years ago: The Rice!!!
I have told the lady the rice is kind hard, definitely overcook or overnight rice. I suggest you come for lunch to avoid this risk.
Overall quality meat is great till I feel thirsty when I went home. I have drank a lot tea as the pot-tea is unlimited refill . Well when I asked my fren she had same feel too , MSG could be the culprit. Service is great and good business too .
Revisit: NO as my tongue is sensitive to MSG .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bak kut teh places is very popular amongst the locals in Puchong area. When I arrived, I saw a long que waiting to be seated. It was only 11.35am and there was already a lunch time que. I am sure the bak kut teh here would be good. Can see from the crowd. It took me around 15mins to get a table so all of you who wants to come over here for lunch, you gotta do it earlier. This place opens for lunch and dinner sessions. They offer the traditional soup type and also the dry bak kut teh. I super love the dry type of bak kut teh. I strongly recommend their dry type. Its good to take both but order small portions each so you get to try both. They also offer steam lettuce, enoki mushrooms, pork ribs, golden brown deep fried strip dough (you tiao), bean bubble (taufu pok) and options for oil rice. Portions given are reasonable. You can also bring your own chinese tea leafs if you want. The meat served is very tender and well marinated. The broth was also very tasty. Definately recommend this place for anyone who needs to get their bak kut teh fix. Prices here are also fairly reasonable as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious bah kut teh. There are soup and dried version available here. Options of oily rice and yam rice to complete the meal. It's a kopitiam setting. Was not too crowded when I last visit at about 10.30am for brunch. Can bring own tea leaves or use one from the shop. One need to self service for hot water (for hot tea making). The portion size is big. We ordered 2 person portion and it's enough to feed 3 of us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasted their claypot dry bak kut teh and was amazed by the pork belly cooked with cuttlefish, okra and black sauce. We were served a real BIG bone for the claypot soup bak kut teh. Soup was strong and meat was soft and tender. My friends had some innards too. The claypot dry chicken feet was a first for me. You can order yam rice instead of the normal white rice. A must visit again for me as had a very satisfying lunch ???
