★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Yap Dental Johor Jaya recently. The counter service staff is very rude. By asking one question at the counter, she show her bad attitude to us. We just want to clarify with her something, and not being unfriendly.
The first approach of the counter staff was doing her stuff, me and my girlfriend already stepped in for quite a while, then without any greetings, she asked us for our IC. Without smiles too. Its feels like we did something wrong or we owe her something that’s why she treat us this way.
The dentist also not friendly. Feel that she was rushing us off.
Not recommend to go for the next times. It has been a bad experience in there. There are many dental out there and I think this dental is a No no dental to visit. Poor customer service. Thumbs down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This dentist is RUDE, IMPATIENT and IRRESPONSIBLE and I will NEVER go again even if I wasted my money on the new denture. Went there to do tooth filling and tooth extraction early Sept 2020. Then did a new denture mould to add a new tooth on it. Since the filling, I went back few times to tell her that the filling tooth is painful when eating. After few times visit then only she told me the material she used to fill my tooth is hard (not honest). Dug out and refill again and then she told me that my tooth is cracked. Since the day I started to visit her in Sept, she is the one who keeps checking my tooth (now cracked ) and never say my tooth is cracked and now I was told my tooth is cracked. She should tell me earlier the material is hard and redo the filling earlier. Currently I am in pain when eating even though went back to see her few times.
Now about my new denture she did for me. It is not fix for me. First time testing on Oct 20 and already told her it is loose and she replied because the new tooth is not yet fix on it. How can we know the new denture is well done without the new tooth on it ???? My thought, may be she is good in doing denture. However, I went back few times to fix the denture but in vain. The last time I went to see her on Dec 20, she raise her voice to me. How can a dentist raise her voice to her patient who is in pain ?? I have to convince her it is not fix on me by trying a dental cotton roll to treat as food in my mouth. Then she realised the denture moved while eating and she tried to fix it by adding something on the denture and shorten the teeth on the denture AND my REAL TEETH too. I am very sad and regret to visit her on Sept. I give up on her. DON'T GO TO THIS DENTIST, SHE WILL NOT HAVE PATIENCE LISTEN TO YOU

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my teeth scaling done by Dr Low. Usually I am one that feels uneasy at the dentist but Dr Low's personality and work puts me at ease. Definitely coming back again in the future

My recommendation would to be to look for Dr Low.
He provides options and good recommendation in handling my teeth issues
