★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended a beginner's aerial yoga session here. The environment was really spacious, airy, and well lit (also plus points for there being 'IG-worthy' spots everywhere you looked).
One thing which I wasn't keen on was the instructor's teaching style where she stayed put in her own station and verbally called us out on what we were doing wrong.
However due to being a beginner / unfamiliar with the movements she was referring to, I would not understand what I am actually supposed to do to correct my movements to address her feedback and this was very frustrating.
