β β β β β I had issue with my piping in my two toilet (Apartment), a friend recommend this plumber. Their response is very fast and came on Sunday itself. Immediately bring along the basic equipment and tools for repair. The price also very affordable for the job done. Staffs also quite knowledgeable on the piping in the apartment. Highly recommended to all.

However, David replied to my photos and videos sent on WhatsApps within 24 hours. David was patient in answering all my doubts. Though I did not engage YC Plumbing, I rated 4 stars for online estimate and help.

β β β β β The sifu that came was Loh who is friendly and he explained to me the water leakage issue and how to solve it. He gave me 2 options which is to do water proofing on the surface is the cheaper one but it may not be successful, or alternately, need to hack the whole floor of bathroom to redo the water proofing.
Knowing that hacking method is very costly, Loh suggested to try the surface method first, 70-80% it will solve the issue, I gave them a green light to go ahead.
The next day they came to apply water proofing around the surface where leakage happen.
It's been 1 month, so far the leakage issue has been resolved.
Hopefully it will last.
Overall experiences is up to satisfactory, will recommend to anyone looking for plumber.

β β β β β WC leaking at the office toilet, so I whatsapp them to get a quotation, they quoted to change the cistern parts, however, when they arrived, they found out that the flexible hose for the cistern is rusted and need to be replaced too.
They replaced the flexible hose without extra charge, thank you David.
I will call them again for sure
Price was reasonable I think

β β β β β Is good services. But abit slow on the ordering of the heater. So it have been a week after the inspection and paid deposit but haven't get things fixed yet due to heater not reached yet.

β β β β β Called them to fix my ceiling pipe leakage, response is fast, today call, the next day they came. Itβs quite a major work which involved changing all existing old steel pipe (rusted) to new PVC pipe.
The price is reasonable and job started 3 days after confirmation, a bit slow but understandable since it would need 3 days and 3-4 workers (I think) to complete the job.
Job was done up to satisfactory and they also fixed the ceiling damage (some plumber only do plumbing only).
I would call them again next time.

β β β β β Very responsible plumbing company. Came to change new wc and basin. Work was explained by plumber and upon confirmation, it's done immediately. Also, I thought I smelled foul smell in toilet few days after work is done. Called and they came back to check. Its actually my condo sewerage problem. Anyhow, they suggested how to deal with the smell. Now, everything done.
Ive had bad experienced with other expensive, irresponsible plumbing company, so once I found a good one like YC, they Will definitely be my long time plumbing company for years to come. Overall, very good job??. Satisfied customer
