★ ★ ★ ★ ★ overall, this is my one & only go-to place whenever i encounter problems with e'thing related to gadgets. i've been there multiple times & their services are beyond great. the staffs are helpful & attentive, they're always there to help you with your problem. so far, they didn't fail to attend to my needs or whenever i tried calling them. the prices also affordable & can be considered as cheap if being compared to other places. highly recommended. ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they delete reviews, so reduced star by 1. cowardly enough to admit their mistakes, dishonestly delete your reviews to hide the evidence. even though its nothing big. first, they will not reply to your messages on facebook, i contacted them several times about pricing, about fixing and replacing. very simple. but no answer..its been a few years i've been waiting for a reply, so i decided to contact them again asking is it possible to fix my certain parts of laptop, but no answer.. seriously, if they don't know they never at least reply a "sorry we don't know". sometimes we all need to do preparations to ask questions first, then act second. but problem is they don't answer, so i have to directly go to their shop, but what if they can't help with something? if so, then i have to waste a third step, by wasting my petrol and time and go home... then in the end, dismantle some parts and then finally i fixed it myself. i just wasted a few penny by replacing and soldering some broken area.
