★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This probably the worst temple I have been to! Rude staff and only ask for money and red packets. Waited for few hours just to get a sifu to proceed prayers. When you are asking where is the sifu they will just tell you to wait. Worst management ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When everything else failed, pray to God of Fortune for help but not necessarily at this temple. Other than the lady employee manning the payment counter, the sifus are not very helpful or customer friendly. If you are unlucky to be reprimanded by the lady boss (maybe for asking questions which she deemed as silly), it will be very loud and embarrassing. There is no queueing system whatsoever. You may have to wait for hours at the mercy of their fancy. They have forgotten that their mission is to help devotees rather than self enrichment. After having been a follower since 1986, I have decided to try out the original Sin Sze Si Ya Temple at Jln Tun HS Lee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting worst year by year , earlier still ok. Now in this temple working all are family members especially sifu guy superb Arrogant (LCLY). Just payment counter worker auntie and few uncles friendly only .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just completed CNY prayer and blessing for 2022. Been coming here annually for many years and don't recall any bad attitude from the sifus there or helpers. Even today where massive crowd already waiting before opening hour at 1030am. Everyone queued for their turn and as usual we will be going from altar to altar for individual specific prayers and blessings.
I can see where tempers might flare if anyone especially the devotees with no patience. My advise is anyone who has no patience better not come here as this temple is very popular and crowded. If you believe in their blessing come but do understand the crowd and wait for your turn patiently and calmly in the hot suffocating environment.
My only comment there should be crowd control as to how many can be inside the temple at any one time. As for during my visit there didn't seem to be any control.
