★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of your lady cashier old staff there been there for quite a few years she wears a head scarf quite tall chinese lady was rude and unfriendly didn't even greet customers with a smile or say thank you to customers just didn't say a word only the amount to be paid...worst customer service ever! might as well go to italy bakery in batu berendam staff are friendlier there..not recommended to go here to buy your bread or cakes...please improve on customer service thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought a Swiss roll on 11th October, said it was freshly made that day.,But when we got home and try the cake, it already had alcoholic fermented taste (which indicates it's already bad). Went to exchange for a new one on the 12th October, and the Chinese lady working there raised her voice and gave us a stern reply, "dead will never lie". We manage to get the exchange but with a bad attitude, as though she's not happy about it. Many have complained about her and I went there to be proven right about it. Disappointed.
